 PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project is about interfacing and implementing the Device Drivers for the Graphical LCD.In this project a 128 X 64 monochrome graphical LCD is used and a RCM 3610 Rabbit processor is used.  LCD is interfaced with the Rabbit processor and the device drivers will be implemented. All the images transferred from the PC using RS-232 are received by the Processor and displayed on the LCD.

INTERFACES USED

Ø  Serial communication used for downloading the hex code.

Ø  Switch interfacing.

Ø  MAX232 interfacing.

Ø  128x64 GLCD interfacing

SOFTWARES USED

Ø  Dynamic C is used for compiling and linking the code written for Rabbit processor.

Ø  Serial communication software for downloading code to Rabbit processor.

Ø  Operating system: Windows XP.
